What is required to apply to become a Cyprexx Vendor?
Nothing is required to complete the online application, however a $1M General Liability policy is required prior to being dispatched to a property.
In certain states, Workers Compensation is also required.
How long does it take to hear back from Cyprexx after I submit my application?
Cyprexx contacts potential vendors on an as needed basis.
If and when there is a need in an area that you cover, we are able to pull your information up and contact you to discuss the onboarding process.
Where can I obtain a price list for services?
Cyprexx does not have a standard price list. Pricing varies based on the services provided, states being serviced, and/or client.
This is something that vendors would discuss with the coordinator(s) that dispatches properties in a given area.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
On the Cyprexx Web Portal login page, type your username, and click the "Reset Password" button.
An email will be sent to the address that users have on file with instructions to reset a password.
How do I review the documents submitted to vendor support?
Once users log into the Cyprexx Web Portal, select "My Account" from the left side menu. From the dropdown options, select "My Documents".
How do I update my contact information?
Once users log into the Cyprexx Web Portal, select "My Account" from the left side menu. From the dropdown options, select "Account Management". Tabs will appear in the main window.
Select the corresponding tabs to update contact information, passwords, mobile integrations, and other company information.
How do I update the services my company offers?
Once users log into the Cyprexx Web Portal, select "My Account" from the left side menu. From the dropdown options, select "My Services".
To add services, check the box beside the service(s) from the list on the left under "Available Services", then select the blue "Request Additional Services" button at the bottom of the list.
To remove services, check the box beside the service(s) from the list on the right under "Assigned Services", then select the red "Request Removal of Services" button at the bottom of the list.
I need a refresher on some of the information provided to me when I first became a vendor, where can I find some reference material?
Once users log in to the Cyprexx web portal, select ‘My Account’ from the menu on the left, then select ‘My Resources’ from the drop-down menu.
A second tab will open in users' browsers and display a number of resources that can be accessed from the side menu.
If this tab does not appear after clicking "My Resources", ensure any popup blockers are disabled. Resources include:

How do I login to The Cyprexx Web Portal?

Are there any deals available through Cyprexx?
Once users log into the Cyprexx Web Portal, select "Promotions" from the left side menu. Any available discounts or offer codes will be shown here.
How do I check any general servicing messages from Cyprexx?
Once users log into the Cyprexx Web Portal, select "My Messages" from the left side menu. If there are new messages users have not reviewed, a numbered tally will display in blue within the menu.
At the top of the "My Messages" page, users can filter by month to see additional messages. By default, messages sent in the last 30 days will be displayed until filtered otherwise.
How do I submit an invoice or check on a submitted invoice, and how can I see what invoices were paid on checks that I receive?
Once users log into the Cyprexx Web Portal, select "Invoicing" from the left side menu. Choose "Jobs Ready for Invoicing" to submit a new invoice.
Only jobs that have been completed and approved will be available here. From the left side menu, choose "Invoice History" to view reports of invoices
completed and checks sent. Choose the "Checks" tab and click on any Check number to download an Invoice By Check Number report.
How do I get information on jobs I previously completed, or my upcoming and pending jobs?
Once users log into the Cyprexx Web Portal, select "Reports" from the left side menu. Select the type of report to run, then set the start and end dates.
Choose the file format to export as, then select the blue "Download Report" button.
What size photos should I upload?
You can upload any size you'd like because our website will compress the files once they are uploaded. However, a popular resolution is 640x480.
What is my username and password?
Your username will be the main email address that we have on file for you.
If you are not sure what your password is, you may click on the "Forgot Password" link on the log-in page of our website and you will be sent an email that will allow you to reset your password.
You can also send an email to vendorsupport@cyprexx.com and we can send you the password-reset email.

If a work order has been received or a property visit has been requested, but the job is not showing on The Dashboard, use the "Property Search" option within the side left menu.
